In his vast professional lifespan of over 60+ years, he has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services, industrial sectors and diverse clients. He is a well known tax planning and representation expert and represents clients before assessing authorities. He strongly believes that exceptional client service represents a dedication to going above and beyond expectations in every working relationship.
He is a Senior Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Rajneesh behari mathur, FCA

Mr. Rajneesh Behari Mathur completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He possesses rich experience in the field of Auditing and Assurance Services, Corporate Law as well as Income Tax and has successfully served clients across all service, trading and manufacturing industries during the course of his practice. His areas of expertise encompass Statutory and Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Corporate Governance, Investigations and Special Audits, Tax Audits, Entry Level Strategy, Information Technology Audit and Corporate Financial Advisory.
Over his professional practice of more than 30 years with B.B. Mathur & Co., he has successfully advised clients from all business and economic sects, domestic and foreign, with complex financial accounting and taxation issues, corporate treasury and company secretary functions. Akshay mathur, ACA

Mr. Akshay Mathur completed his Bachelor of Commerce Delhi University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He joined the firm in 2017 and currently heads the 'Accounting advisory and specialized services' division at B.B. Mathur & Company. He serves clients for various industries in projects relating to accounting operations streamlining, performance improvement, cost management, data analytics, payroll process and setting up of MIS for various Companies.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked with S.R. Batlboi and Company LLP (member firm of Ernst & Young Global) for four years in their statutory audit department serving one of the largest telecommunication companies in the world.
With a strong technical background and an innovative bent of mind, he has played an important role in challenging the status quo of current processes - and bring about significant measurable difference in the process to be transformed.
